I purchased shoes on 11/17/24 received on 11/22/24. I went online 11/17 to order additional shoes and noticed the ones I bought were now 40% off.
I called Customer Service to see if they would apply the discount to the shoes I just bought. They said no, the price I paid could not be adjusted. Most companies such as Amazon will make an adjustment within 30 days of purchase!
They said I would have to return the shoes and order again to get the discount. That is completely ridiculous!
Pretty Poor Customer Service!

I placed an online on 11/17/24 and received on 11/22/24. I then noticed that these exact shoes as of 11/22/24 were now 40% off.
I called Custmer Service to see if they could apply the discount and was told me you pla e an order and receive it no adjustment could be made.
I would have to return and reorder the shoes. Most companies such as Amazon and others will make the adjustment within 30 days of when the Order was placed.
Clark's policy is completely ridiculous. I will not be placing any future orders and warn anyone I can of this policy!!!

About a pair of shoes I bought years ago and I would like another one
I never got anybody I am looking for a pair of shoes I bought by three years ago. I wanna say their name Caroline, but Im not sure theyre black with a strap in the back and on the front leather it has like a half a circle and beige.
I have no complaint. I just have a picture of these shoes that I bought from you years ago that I love love love and I can’t find them. I was wondering if somebody could help me with this.
She was nothing happened all I wanna know if I can get these shoes. If you still have them theyre the most comfortable shoes I own.

I accidentally typo one number in my address. They brought it all the way out here never called me never emailed me to realize they sent the package back so Im short $200 and no one is answering the phone.

Customer service was the worst they did not add the apartment to the order to ensure the package will arrive safely I will be contacting the BBB

RClark did not post my reviews, and I think it's because it contains some negative comments, even though it was respectfully written. I bought two pairs of the same sandals with different sizes because I read that they run big.
They do indeed run big. When I tried both sizes, the half size smaller was better, but both sizes, 6.5 and 7, were a little tight, and it hurts a bit at the arch. They're not that comfortable, as opposed to most reviews. I have bought shoes from Clarks before, and they were comfortable, but not recently.
Last year, I bought a pair of cute platform sandals.
I always have some pain in the arch area where the straps are, the same as with this new pair I have. I did not return them and will use them, but not for long walks because I would get blisters.
User's recommendation: Returns are not free. Comfort has gone down.
Discount not added to my order
The discount will get applied once I receive the shipping information. Customer service assured me of that. I'm looking forward to purchasing more shoes from Clark's.

This is my fifth shoes that I bought from your company that I thought its a good brand name which my mother and 2 aunts loved the shoes,all of my four shoes that I have the heel ever broke and the material look like this an old tire or the soul come out of the shoes ,the last one was the worst ,the first time I put on in the house after 1 minute walking ,the heel and fell a part ,thats so not right I spend a lot money on thoes shoes

Poor customer service
I returned faulty sandals. Six weeks later, no refund.
I keep being passed on to different customer service people.
They have not agreed to give me a refund and have promised to contact me within 72 hours - this did not happen. I am so appalled by the service, I will never purchase there again.

Package was wet and shoes got wet. The plastic bag had holes in it and water got in through the plastic and the shoe box was wet along with one of the shoes. There is a discoloration in the shoe.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Boots are defected , I have tried several times to contact customer service but no response, expect that they received my email and these wad one of my XMAS presents and now I am cold wearing my sandals again.
