I bought two pairs of Clarks shoes from Amazon for $186.42. They lasted two months each.
A pair's soles split in half, and I have sent several emails and heard nothing except to deal with the seller. Amazon offers a 30-day refund or replacement. They were shocked that Clarks did not live up to their name. Any quality issue after 30 days has to be taken up with the manufacturer.
These shoes are not even close to the Clarks famous name. Two months a pair is ridiculous, and there has been no response whatsoever from my complaint, even though they say total satisfaction.
Clarks will be bankrupt; soles split in half. Cyrus Clark would be disgusted at his legacy lasting two months with no customer care.

I made a purchase on August 11, 2025 on the company website. I had to make several attempts before the order finally went through -- or so I thought.
After a couple hours not receiving an order confirmation email, I went on the website to track my order. I discovered that there were no order details for the provided email, despite me being charged for the item.
I had to reach out to customer service several times before a representative confirmed what I had suspected --Clark's charged me but failed to send the merchandise. I eventually had to place the order over the phone. This was another issue, as I specifically asked the representative to have the item shipped to the store to bypass the shipping charge.
They instead placed the order and had it shipped to my house. I asked to be compensated for the shipping charge but was denied.

Verified Reviewer |Dangerous shoes
Hello
Sent from my iPhone. I bought a pair of Clark sandals and took them on holiday with me.
I wore them one time, just for a few minutes, and the elastic on the top stretched, and my foot slid forward. They’re very dangerous. I went back to the store with them; unfortunately, I didn’t have my bill, and the top looked like they’d never been worn, but the bottom you could see a little bit of darkness because I did have them on. Anyway, they would not return them or exchange them for me.
I understand your policies: not worn & no bill, you don’t return, but these were dangerous. That’s why I went back. Anyway, I still have them. I’m not a happy camper.
I think they should have returned them to Clarks, and I think I should’ve been able to have exchanged them for something else.
Can you help me with this matter? Please advise.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order on August 11th during their EXTRA 20% OFF Flash 20 sale, only to have it canceled the very next day due to lack of stock.
Then, on Aug. 21st, I placed another order during the same sale, and once again, it was canceled for the same reason. I don't understand why they advertise products they can't fulfill, and they still sell them online.
It feels deceptive and like a total waste of customers' time. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be ordering again.

Not RECEIVED 2 pair of shoes I ordered on 7/5/‘25! goithem!
I ordered two pairs of shoes from Clarks online (FacebookQVC) for $84.97 on 7/5/25, and paid with my credit card that went through PAYPAL, and it showed up on my bank account, so I know I paid for them!! I have yet to receive my shoes!
Can you tell me if Ill ever receive them or was this just a SCAM?
My home phone # is(706) 465-****! My old cell number was (706) 466-****, but listed new number below!

The situation was sorted out within 10mins.
The customer service lady listened & took the appropriate actions. My problem was solved.

Hi,
Over the last few years, with the most recent purchase being in June 2024, I bought several pairs of your Sea flip flops. For some reason, 3 out of the 7 pairs have split in the exact same place. This includes my most recent purchases. I have bought several colours, but it seems that the white and blue have been problematic. I live in Zimbabwe and visit my parents a couple of times a year in the UK, so I always purchase these flip flops then.
Could you please let me know what has caused this and if there is a fault in the sandal? They were not cheap - I believe the latest price was around 45 pounds. I am very disappointed and would like to get to the bottom of this problem as I have been buying the same type for many years now and will continue to do so if this issue is solved. I love this flip flop and hope to continue buying them if I am confident that this problem will not be an ongoing issue.
The white pair, which I bought in June 2024, developed the crack after approximately 3 months. I feel that these should be refunded. If you provide me with a WhatsApp number or another way to do it, I can take a photo of the flip flops to show you.

I couldnt return items because their Internet was down. I tried two days ago April 13, 2025.
Then again today April 15, 2025.
The manager said she couldnt do anything about it.
She didnt seem concerned at all.
There should be some way to support a customer when the internet is not working. The next nearest store is 45 minutes from my home.

Non existent customer service
Received defective merchandise . Took boots to Local store day after I received them .
They stated they could not refund shipping charges; that I needed to speak with the online customer service . The online portal return states customers need to talk to a customer service rep before starting a refund on defective merchandise .i have called over 5 times in a week , holding time 30 minutes or longer before I decide Im wasting my time . No one answers the call . I followed a return portal and they want to charge an additional shipping charge to return their defective merchandise .
I woukd lijr a full refund , including shipping .
The quality on Clarks has declined . Not consistent .

Hi, I am trying to call you, but after a long wait on hold, nobody answers the phone. I have a gift card that the store gave me instead of my refund.
I ordered a pair of shoes online and the order didn't go through, but my gift balance is gone.
I went to the store to make a purchase and they checked the gift card, but there was no balance on it. Please let me know what I should do to get my money back.

I purchased shoes on 11/17/24 received on 11/22/24. I went online 11/17 to order additional shoes and noticed the ones I bought were now 40% off.
I called Customer Service to see if they would apply the discount to the shoes I just bought. They said no, the price I paid could not be adjusted. Most companies such as Amazon will make an adjustment within 30 days of purchase!
They said I would have to return the shoes and order again to get the discount. That is completely ridiculous!
Pretty Poor Customer Service!

Was this a third-party seller on Amazon? Did you contact them as instructed?
Clark’s only ships to to authorized distributors.
The distributor (seller) verifies the defect, replaces the customer’s shoes and they get reimbursed from Clark’s. The internet has scores of issues with counterfeit shoes and non-authorized sellers.
