Clarks

Update: I received a response from Clarks saying that they had lots of narrow width sandals and they added a link to their narrow width sandals. However, my specific concern was their athletic sandals - I own several pair. They do not make narrow width in their athletic sandals nor do they allow enough velcro on their medium width athletic sandals to tighten the velcro sufficiently. I sent another email directly to their customer service at ClarksAmericas@***.clarks.com reiterating my concern and asked who I could escalate my concern to. They appeared to respond with a form letter saying that they could not accommodate "wide feet" on every shoe. They really did not take the time to properly read or respond to my email which was disappointing! I initially liked clarks because of the footbed but I have switched to another brand. If I cannot tighten an athletic sandal sufficiently it is not much of an athletic sandal no matter how comfortable the footbed is! Why have you stopped making narrow width shoes? I have purchased quite a few Clarks Sandals over the last few years. I noticed your shoes seem to only come in medium and wide widths. I have a narrow foot and I find that your sandal straps are either too short or do not provide enough velcro to tighten the strap sufficiently. The last few years I have bought your wave grip sandals 2.0 and 3.0 along with several other varieties. They are comfortable on the sole but loose on the feet. The straps either do not have enough velcro to tighten sufficiently or in the case of some of your leather sandals the straps that don't adjust are just too loose. Why did Clark's stop making a narrow fit? If you do not make a narrow fit then you should allow enough leeway in the strap to fit a narrow foot. Unfortunately I may have to stop buying from Clarks since you no longer accommodate narrow feet and I am sure I am not the only customer that has this issue.
